Wayne Leonard has been Chief Executive Officer of Entergy Corporation since 1999. Mr. Leonard serves as the President of Entergy Services Inc. He serves as Executive Officer of Entergy Louisiana Holdings Inc., Entergy New Orleans Inc., and Entergy Texas, Inc. He served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Domestic and International Operations of Entergy Corporation, a holding company of Entergy Louisiana LLC and System Energy Resources Inc. since 1998 and Chief ... Operating Officer of Entergy Arkansas, Entergy Gulf States, Entergy Louisiana, Entergy Mississippi and Entergy New Orleans since 1998. He served as President of Energy Commodities Strategic Business Unit from 1996 to 1998. He served as Vice President, Corporate Planning of PSI Energy since 1987 and also served as its Executive Director, Corporate Planning since 1986, Assistant to Regional Manager since 1985, Executive Director of Internal Audit since 1982, Financial and Operational Audit Manager since 1981, Corporate Accounting Manager since 1979 and held various supervisory and analytical positions from 1973 to 1979. He served as the President of Cinergy Capital & Trading from 1996 to 1998 and also served as the Group Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Cinergy Corporation from 1994 to 1996. He began his utility career at PSI Energy, where he served as its Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 1989 to 1994. Mr. Leonard serves as Director of Edison Electric Institute Director, National D-Day Museum Foundation Trustee, United Way of Greater New Orleans. He serves as a Trustee of National D-Day Museum Foundation. Mr. Leonard served as a Director of Entergy Arkansas Inc., Entergy Gulf States, Entergy Louisiana holdings Inc.(formerly Entergy Louisiana Inc.), Entergy Mississippi, Entergy New Orleans and System Energy from 1998 to 1999. He served as a Director of PSI Resources. He serves on the Ball State University College of Business Advisory Board.
