Ambassador Mary Mel French served as the nation's chief of protocol during the Clinton Administration, working directly with the president and secretary of state. She shares her personal experience working in the White House and stories from her new book, "United States Protocol: The Guide to Official Diplomatic Etiquette,” a reference for communicating with government and business officials, international organizations, event planners and high-level military personnel, both in the United States and abroad. This event is co-hosted by the Clinton School and the Clinton Foundation.
