David Wilhelm

A native of Ohio, David Wilhelm is a graduate of Ohio University and the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Wilhelm gained national prominence as the campaign manager for Bill Clinton in his 1992 presidential run. After Clinton’s election, Wilhelm was named as chairman of the Democratic National Committee. Wilhelm is the founder and president of Woodland Venture Management which launches venture capital funds in areas of the United States largely ignored by other investors; specifically areas like Appalachia and the Mississippi Delta.
